About Me

I have a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.  I’m a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and abide by their ethical framework to ensure that I provide a safe, professional service. I’m committed to continuous professional development and supervision.  I hold a current enhanced DBS and I’m fully insured.

In addition to my private practice, I work in further education counselling young people aged 16-19 and adults with issues around anxiety, depression, stress, identity, relationships, self-harm and loss, among many others.

I’ve always worked with people and been passionate about helping others. Prior to becoming a therapist, I was a trainer and coach for an organisation supporting people to achieve their career goals.
